Has anyone any idea - i did download drivers. When I scan for new Hardware in the devicemanager, no new Hardware shows up - but the keyboard starts working normal. The only other key "working" is the right windows key - but when i press it, it is the '4' It still does work in BIOS / Preboot - but not in windows. Some time ago, i cant really tell when because i use a docking station the keyboard stopped working.

I work in IT and i use it as a daily driver. Not only for 15 seconds like earlier - going strong for Keyboard, the notebook keyboard started working again, You're going to get criticized for coming up with something new again.- SOLVED ?. I guess we'll have to wait a while for it to stabilize.īy the way, let's reinforce the old version AWCC. I wiped it with DDU and used the latest official GeForce driver, and the colors looked normal.įor those of you who are buying the 4,000series M-series or X-series, please note.Īll new laptops from all manufacturers have had software issues lately, and Alienware is no exception. I'm confused.Īnd I checked in ThrottleStop, and in the case of M18, the power value is set to 200w for both PL1 and PL2 Īlienware is famous for unleashing the power of real CPUs and causing high temperatures. ThrottleStop doesn't officially support 13th Gen Raptor Lake yet, so I'll have to wait a bit longer before I can use it fully.Īnd if I install the latest XTU, the voltage offset does not go below 0, but the voltage value clock value, power value, etc.

I don't know if undervolting is still unstable or if it's a AWCC issue, but AWCC prevents it regardless of the bios version.Ĭurrently, the only way to get stable overclocking or voltage values is to do it directly in the bios, or to use XTU or ThrottleStop. However, CPU undervolting and overclocking are disabled in AWCC. The old version of AWCC is also RGB adjustable in the fan without any problems. I uninstalled it and installed the old version of AWCC. It often crashes in the background, and there are many times when it doesn't start. I've been testing stuff whenever I can since M18 arrived, but the New AWCC is still a bit premature.
